Your Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Specialist to join our Advisory team. This role is integral in producing visually compelling and professional materials that align with our brand standards and support business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Presentation and Document Design:

• Design and create professional PowerPoint presentations tailored to internal and external audiences, ensuring a polished and impactful visual experience.
• Develop and enhance client deliverables, marketing materials, and other business documents to reflect brand consistency and creativity.
  

Brand and Proposal Alignment:

• Review proposals and other client-facing materials to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive and professional image.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance proposal layouts and overall presentation quality.
  

Technology and Tools Implementation:

• Research and adopt new tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in deliverables.
• Train team members on the effective use of adopted tools and resources.
  

Intranet Management:

• Maintain and update the firm’s intranet, ensuring content is accurate and visually engaging.
  

Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison with internal marketing teams and other business units to ensure alignment, consistency, and timely project delivery.

Education and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing professional PowerPoint presentations and other creative materials.
• Proficiency in design tools such as PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop), and other relevant software.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and brand consistency.
