Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Learning Coordinator to join the Learning & Development team within our Talent & Culture organization and own the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with the successful daily operational performance of the learning management system (LMS), currently Workday Learning, as well as other learning systems and content platforms, including Percipio.
  • Perform testing on new functionality and features as part of the release management processes for learning systems and content platforms.
  • Provide high-caliber customer service to business stakeholders via AssistMe, BDO’s Level 1 ticketing system, and help build a strong brand for the Learning team internally.
  • Assist with configuring and generating various learning dashboards and reports.
  • Perform system training for internal stakeholders as well as develop and update internal technical documentation, as required.
  • Support and produce virtual classroom sessions on MS Teams for service line needs.
  • Maintain current knowledge of and to be aware of thought leadership and recent developments and trends in learning technology and use this knowledge to continuously drive the function to maturity.

Your experience and education

  • You have a diploma in Human Resources, technology or another related field, or equivalent experience.
  • You have 2+ years of experience working with an ERP, HRIS/HCM, LMS, LCMS and/or LxP.
  • You have experience providing outstanding client service to internal stakeholders.
  • You have a proven track record of working with tight timelines under pressure.
  • You have excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous work with a centralized ticketing system is an asset.
  • You have had exposure or practical experience with virtual classroom platforms such as MS Teams.
  • You are able to maintain confidence and exercise good judgement.
  • You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English & French) is a strong asset.
