Your Opportunity
Our office is looking for a COE Supervisor to join our Personal Debt Solutions team anywhere in Canada and own the following responsibilities:
This is a key role responsible for overseeing both the Income and Claims teams. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of insolvency procedures to effectively monitor and guide the teams.
Distribute workload amongst the teams and monitor for completion as assigned.
Co-ordinate with the Team leaders to ensure compliance with the BIA and BDO standards and best practices.
Provide support and resolution of any client and creditor issues.
Communicate expectations to team members.
Monitor the teams’ productivity, ensuring that individual performance metrics are met.
Identify performance issues and liaise with the Team Leaders on a resolution plan.
Monitor and ensure that accurate and high-quality work is being performed.
Coach team members to ensure their growth and develop their expertise.

Your experience and education
Excellent knowledge and understanding of insolvency rules, laws and procedures
5 or more years of related experience within the Insolvency field.
Able to prioritize with the flexibility to manage workload demands and multiple tasks as required.
Flexibility on working hours as some evening work may be required.
You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.
Due to the frequent and complex contact with our English-speaking partners and clients in Quebec and outside of Quebec, and the need to draft documents in English, knowledge of English is essential for this position.
