We are looking for a talented and experienced Back-Office IT Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing complex technological solutions, as well as the ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand and meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust and scalable IT solution architectures.
- Collaborate with development teams, project management, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools for projects.
- Ensure solutions comply with security and quality standards.
- Provide technical advice and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document architectures and technical designs.
- Integrate commercial software into existing solutions to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience on deployment of large commercial solutions within an existing environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual (French and English)
Valued Skills:
- Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies
- Knowledge of modeling and design tools (e.g., UML, ArchiMate).
- Knowledge of human resource management systems, supply chain and distribution systems, and ERP.
