As a Manager, IT Project Portfolio in Montreal, you will oversee the execution of our client’s IT projects. Your role includes planning, tracking and reporting on projects, as well as their delivery on time, on budget and with high quality.

Required Qualifications
  • University degree in computer science, business administration or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, including 5 years as a project manager on medium to large-scale projects.
  • Bilingualism, French and English (oral and written), essential to collaborate with clients in Canada and the United States.

  • Plan the project portfolio taking into account priorities, dependencies and available resources.
  • Identify and resolve issues within the portfolio, in collaboration with IT directors and managers and/or other stakeholders.
  • Monitor the performance of the project portfolio and make changes as necessary to recover, re-scope, cancel or launch new projects.
  • Manage escalations and requests for change in the composition of the portfolio mid-cycle.
  • Ensure that projects in the portfolio are delivered on time and on budget, with high quality.

  • Contribute to the improvement of project management methods and practices.
