Description
We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing Québec-based company undergoing a major digital transformation. The organization is leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 to modernize its business operations and optimize performance across multiple departments.
As a D365 System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining the company’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments. You’ll collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and external vendors to ensure system reliability, efficient deployments, and continuous improvements aligned with business needs.
Main Responsibilities

Administer and optimize all Dynamics 365 environments (Dev / UAT / Production).

Coordinate system updates, patches, and releases in collaboration with project and infrastructure teams.

Monitor platform health, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve system incidents efficiently.

Work with DevOps pipelines and LCS (Lifecycle Services) for environment management and deployment.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external Microsoft partners and vendors.

Document configurations, interventions, incident logs, and compliance with IT standards.
Required Profile

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 system administration (F&O, Business Central, or CRM).

Technical knowledge of Power Platform, Azure DevOps, LCS, Microsoft SQL Server, and Office 365.

Experience with ERP environments, system performance monitoring, and integration projects.

Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Functional English (for regular communications with international partners).

Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and a good communicator.
