Your Role

You will be at the heart of the company’s technology strategies. You will lead a multidisciplinary team overseeing both digital transformation and the management of technological systems. Your primary mission will be to ensure efficient IT operations while supporting the organization in its growth and technological innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mobilize a team of experts based in Quebec and the United States.
  • Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Oversee the management and evolution of IT infrastructure, ERP and CRM systems, and internal applications.
  • Optimize IT processes to support the company’s operations and growth.
  • Ensure the implementation of scalable solutions adapted to a constantly evolving environment.
  • Participate in budget planning and ensure rigorous project management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT team.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align IT initiatives with the company’s strategic priorities.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT, including a minimum of 5 years in team management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (ideally SAP), CRM, Power BI, network infrastructure, and cloud tools (Azure).
  • Excellent command of French and English, written and spoken.
  • Ability to mobilize a team, develop talents, and inspire confidence.
  • Capacity to align IT with strategic priorities and influence at the executive level.
  • Aptitude to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
