We are looking for a Power BI Analyst passionate about data and ready to join a dynamic team. You will work with the Finance VP and play a key role in data analysis, modeling, and visualization to optimize decision-making within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide relevant insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and create tailored solutions.
- Use Power Query for advanced data transformations and ensure report accuracy.
- Participate in data collection, extraction, and compilation from various sources (APIs, SQL, etc.).
- Model complex data to meet business requirements.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze results to support strategic decisions.
- Work autonomously to solve complex data-related issues and propose continuous improvements.
- Contribute to data management process optimization and participate in projects related to the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Profile:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in Power BI and its advanced features (e.g., Power Query).
- Strong skills in data modeling and analysis.
- Knowledge of data management tools (SQL, advanced Excel).
- Experience with data extraction and compilation methodologies via APIs or other protocols.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is an asset or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments.
- Initiative and ability to solve problems independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good command of the French language, both spoken and written.
