Power BI Analyst Developer

We are looking for a Power BI Analyst passionate about data and ready to join a dynamic team. You will work with the Finance VP and play a key role in data analysis, modeling, and visualization to optimize decision-making within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide relevant insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and create tailored solutions.
• Use Power Query for advanced data transformations and ensure report accuracy.
• Participate in data collection, extraction, and compilation from various sources (APIs, SQL, etc.).
• Model complex data to meet business requirements.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze results to support strategic decisions.
• Work autonomously to solve complex data-related issues and propose continuous improvements.
• Contribute to data management process optimization and participate in projects related to the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Profile:

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI and its advanced features (e.g., Power Query).
• Strong skills in data modeling and analysis.
• Knowledge of data management tools (SQL, advanced Excel).
• Experience with data extraction and compilation methodologies via APIs or other protocols.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is an asset or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments.
• Initiative and ability to solve problems independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good command of the French language, both spoken and written.
