Job Offer: Sales Representative for Machinery and Accessories in the Flat Glass Sector

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced sales representative to promote our machinery and accessory solutions in the flat glass industry. You will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets by developing sales through a network of resellers and strategic partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and strengthen relationships with distribution partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Identify new prospects and develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
  • Develop sales forecasts and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Master the solutions offered by Bromer Inc and present them to potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in the bid response process by providing technical specifications of the solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to propose the best solutions tailored to customers' needs.
  • Negotiate sales terms and finalize contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction and Bromer Inc's interests.
  • Act as a trusted resource for partners, providing quality support and advice.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to plan and execute targeted campaigns.
  • Follow up with customers.
