Description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant, reporting to the Director, NPD Off-Highway Manufacturing, Logistics and Manufacturing Strategy, to provide administrative support to him and his team. In this role, you will maintain the agenda of the Director and the sector's governing bodies. You will be an indispensable resource for all the department's various administrative requests and improvements.
VOUS AUREZ L’OPPORTUNITÉ DE:
- Coordonner les phases budgétaires et supporter les gestionnaires dans la gestion de leurs budgets respectifs;
- Préparer les convocations de réunions, rapports de réunions, présentations et agendas;
- Réserver les voyages des membres de l’équipe et compléter les comptes de dépenses;
- Veiller à l’accueil et l’intégration des nouveaux employés (demandes d’accès, demandes de matériel informatique, transmettre diverses politiques, répondre aux demandes, etc.);
- Assurer et coordonner la logistique technique entourant certains événements (ex : atelier de travail);
- Voir aux diverses demandes d'achat et les suivre;
- Administrer et traiter différentes informations et divers documents confidentiels;
- Collaborer étroitement avec les autres adjointes administratives du département pour assurer la cohésion entre les équipe et partager les bonnes pratiques;
- Soutenir différents projets au besoin.
YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- College diploma (DEC) in secretarial, office automation or other relevant training;
- Fluency in French and English in order to work with our partners outside Quebec;
- At least 3 years' relevant experience;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Excellent ability to prioritize and be resourceful;
- Thoroughness and attention to detail;
- Team spirit and ability to work under pressure;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Suite.
