Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused global talent advisor to join our team. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our performance and talent management cycle. This position is critical to ensuring our processes are efficient and aligned with business objectives, enhancing the overall employee experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about talent management and eager to make a meaningful contribution to the growth of our organization.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Collaborate on need analysis in talent management practices and identify continuous improvement opportunities in our different processes.
Partner with the HR Technology team to provide input on process optimization and support user testing.
Extract data, identify relevant insights and generate various reports to support talent management practices (Performance, Talent Reviews, Learning and Development, etc.).
Develop and facilitate short training sessions or create user guides to support systems adoption and best practices.
Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest process improvement to enhance user experience.
Act as a point of contact for HRBP and provide support regarding the performance and talent cycle.
Provide functional support to HR system users, ensuring that all users globally have the tools and documentation to succeed and perform their responsibilities.
Stay informed about new trends and technologies in talent management and HR systems, and propose improvements.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development or another relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a global organization.
Bilingual (French and English) to facilitate working with international teams and partners.
The ability to navigate different HR systems.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and collaborate with various internal stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and strong customer service abilities.
