Global Planner & Data admin Analyst

We are looking for an Global Planner & Data Admin Analyst who will report to the Team Lead Global Planning. The selected candidate will work within a vertically integrated team to help coordinate and manage our S&OP monthly process. The candidate will be in contact with key people in each of the main sales regions and will contribute to the analysis used to optimize demand planning, production and inventory while providing a strong leadership to support our SAP integrated business planning system (IBP).

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: 

 

  • From a business perspective, consolidate regional demand plans (forecasts, trends, Inventory level) for a product line in order to influence production in light of each region’s reality

  • From an operational perspective, coordinate the creation of PO/SO every months in order to ensure the right execution shipments of the units through the regions

  • From a data perspective, develop overall IBP knowledge and become a reference for other colleagues, by ensuring closing/opening of S&OP cycle, maintaining the right data and improving processes along the way

 

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business intelligence or in information technology

  • 1 or 3 years of related experience in a supply chain role in a sizable manufacturing organization approach

  • Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity, always willing to improve process and tools

  • Natural curiosity in Snowflake, SQL, SAP S/4HANA, IBP and the office suite

  • Business minded as a partner to provide optimization solutions

  • Have a good sense of autonomy

  • Bilingualism required, both oral and written (French/English) in order to communicate with internal stakeholders located outside Quebec or unilingual English on a daily basis.
