Internal Accounts Coordinator, North America

We are looking for an internal account coordinator, North America, who will report directly to the team lead, internal sales support, North America. Your primary mandate will be to provide support to BRP’s internal teams, such as government, Uncharted Society and any other government accounts (e.g. OPP and Hydro QC, federal government contracts), on a transactional level. This includes order taking, the order process through to delivery and billing cycles.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Provide world-class support to BRP’s internal network and field sales teams, resulting in higher dealer satisfaction while contributing to BRP’s overall objectives.
  • Assist in the design, launch and administration of communication elements to reinforce program benefits and timelines, increase network sophistication and optimize results.
  • Support all critical stages of the sales process during a given season (I/O vs OMS, Model Mix, Re-Order etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with certain internal departments (shipping, network development, go-to-market, finance and market planning).
  • Ensure successful and accurate order management practices, and contribute to daily sales transactions to maximize BRP’s retail opportunities and inventory management.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A college or university diploma in business administration or another related field (such as accounting).
  • The ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or in English on a daily basis.
  • A strong sense of team spirit, dynamism and self-motivation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of BRP’s internal services would be considered an asset.
