Description
We are looking for a Manufacturing Strategy Analyst who will report to the Manufacturing Strategy and NPD Manager. In this position, you will be significantly contributing to the organization’s vision and strategies by conducting studies and generating data allowing our stakeholders crafting BRP future manufacturing footprint. As part of this role, you will also support the team putting in place the required elements to ensure smooth and cost-effective introduction of new products in production.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Investigate worldwide manufacturing footprint strategies trends with a holistic view on key orientations drivers. (Free trade agreements, Supplier locations, Markets and Sales distribution, Population and Salary base, etc)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across BRP to gather and analyse required data to support our Manufacturing strategy and New product development (NPD) teams in their costing analysis and influence orientations to ensure profitability maximization.
- Define and implement best practices, tools, templates, processes and KPIs to strengthen our Manufacturing strategy and NPD teams.
- Support the management team in the preparation of presentations addressed to Steering committees, Investments risk committees and Board of Directors.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Bachelor’s degree with proven experience in pertinent fields such as Finance, Accounting, Administration or Communication. (3 Years +)
- Full oral and written French and English proficiency required to ensure international communications, Spanish would be an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills to ensure communications and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, multicultural teams and influence multilevel stakeholders.
- Detailed-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills to secure data quality and analysis
robustness. - “Go getter spirit” and passion to deliver project with huge proportions.
Position requires availability to travel 2 to 3 times a year.
