Program Manager, Lean Value Generation

We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to lead our strategic initiative CO2P (Material Cost and Carbon Emissions Optimization Program) which will have an impact on our global product development roadmap. The Program Manager will support the Director of Lean Value Generation Program by overseeing the strategic development and implementation of initiatives aimed at reducing material costs and carbon emissions. As part of your role, you’ll be involved in a program management, sustainability, and cost optimization. You will have to lead cross-functional teams and drive impactful changes.

The Lean Value Generation team oversees the strategic development and implementation of initiatives to reduce material costs and carbon emissions.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for reducing material costs and carbon emissions across the organization.
  • Oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring timely and effective execution of initiatives.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports and updates to the Director of Lean Value Generation Program and other senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to compare material costs and carbon emissions against industry standards and best practices.
  • dentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and achieve cost and emissions targets.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing industry, program management, sustainability, cost optimization or a related role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Capacity of influence and impact (executive communication) and presentation skills.
  • Excellent leadership, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
