Description
We are seeking a program specialist, who will report to the team lead, voice of the customer and network. In this role, you will have a direct impact on capturing the experience of our customers and dealers to improve customer knowledge across the organization. You will work both on enhancing our current programs and on new initiatives.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Design, develop, and ensure the implementation of various qualitative and quantitative projects in the customer's voice.
Lead as an expert in the global governance of our programs for operational and executive audiences.
Work closely with our team of analysts and external partners to transform the voice of the customer into actions.
Engage your stakeholders to sustain CX recommendations and develop them over time.
Develop work methods inspired by best practices in voice of the customer to improve the team.
More precisely, here are some projects you will be contributing to over the coming months:
Develop the annual strategy for our global dealer survey with stakeholders worldwide, from Sherbrooke to Sydney!
Contribute to enhancing our existing initiatives for our internal teams.
Contribute to identifying the team's key performance indicators and develop the communication strategy around our results.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Previous experience in managing and strategizing a large-scale voice of the customer or marketing research program.
Confirmed experience with the CX Qualtrics platform or similar.
In-depth comprehension of NPS, CSAT, and CES metrics and marketing research standards.
Skilled at interpreting data and analyses to turn information into action.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French, given the international scope of our projects and participation in governance with stakeholders who do not speak French.
Well-developed analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a team, organizing work, and managing priorities.
