Your role:
  • Receive and process incoming requests from customers in the construction field, providing detailed information on our products and services while meeting their specific needs.
  • Develop comprehensive, personalized and tailored quotes to meet customer expectations, taking into account their requirements and specifications.
  • Facilitate the sales process by guiding customers throughout the journey, answering their questions and overcoming potential objections, with the ultimate goal of concluding successful transactions.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with existing customers, actively explore cross-selling opportunities (up-selling) and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with our internal teams, including logistics and customer service, to ensure effective coordination and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customer needs, anticipate market trends and adapt to industry developments.
