Description
We are looking for an R&D Laboratory Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of laboratory tests and equipment. This role will enable you to use your expertise in instrumentation, mechanical cycling or electromechanical cycling to improve test capabilities and support engineering teams in their projects. You will have a major impact on the growth and improvement of the laboratory.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Work closely with customers to define the best technical and timing solutions for testing.
Design and supervise the execution of test plans, ensuring the quality of results.
Manage and coordinate laboratory improvement projects, from project definition to completion.
Plan and carry out instrumentation of vehicles or components, including calibration and analysis of results.
Analyze test data, propose solutions to identify problems and write technical reports.
Coach and develop team members, encouraging innovation, autonomy and collaboration.

Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving and technical analysis skills.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders.
Experience in instrumentation, data acquisition, mechanical/electromechanical cycling and vehicle/component testing.
Ability to optimize laboratory processes and resources.
Natural leadership to manage a team and foster innovation.
