Specialist, Can-Am On-Road Brand (Temporary,12 months)

As the global brand specialist for the Can-Am On-Road division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, developing, and promoting the identity of our iconic products, as we continue to democratize the open road with our unique three-wheel vehicles and lead the way into the future with our all-electric motorcycles, inspiring a new generation of riders. Your expertise will be instrumental in executing marketing projects, ensuring consistent brand identity and compelling storytelling across multiple global channels, and fostering unique and meaningful connections with our consumers. Reporting to the global brand creative lead, you will play a key role in the development of campaigns and the execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and strategy.

This role requires both a strategic and creative mindset to drive brand awareness and engagement, alongside exceptional project management and communication skills to bring our vision to life. The ideal candidate will also be committed to becoming a product expert and immersing themselves in the culture surrounding our products to ensure an authentic and impactful brand presence.
 

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
 

  • Develop and execute marketing and brand plans aligned with business priorities.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, collaborating closely with teams such as product development, parts and accessories, apparel, and others to align strategies and deliver cohesive brand experiences.

  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of project management from briefing to execution, ensuring projects are completed within budget, resources are allocated effectively, and timelines are met.

  • Coordinate all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot challenges and implement process improvements that enhance productivity. Ensure integration with the overarching holistic plan for the brand, aligning objectives, strategies, tactics, and KPIs.

  • Bring innovative ideas to elevate the consumer experience rooted in Can-Am branding and values.

  • Build strong connections and collaborate with key stakeholders inside and outside the organization, including multidisciplinary teams, expert teams, product teams, and partner agencies.

  • Evaluate and solve problems that may arise during project realization by providing creative solutions.

  • Be a subject matter expert regarding our products and ensure brand guardianship.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
 

  • At least 5 years of experience working in marketing for a brand or agency.

  • A solid understanding of brand marketing, content development, and digital marketing.

  • Proven experience in managing marketing projects and ease with giving/receiving constructive feedback.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with self-motivation and strong organizational skills to manage simultaneous projects and deadlines.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

  • Knowledge of written, video, photo, and digital production.

  • Proficient in French and English with excellent writing skills.

  • A proven team player capable of working across multiple partners and time zones.

  • A genuine passion for the ride!

This role is based at our Montreal or Sherbrooke office.
