Our expectations
Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager - GTM, Integrated Marketing, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing projects and executing 360 marketing plans. They ensure that the project timelines under their responsibility are respected and that the quality assurance is met. As part of the marketing team, the specialist will contribute to the 360 strategy of campaigns.
Your role
• Understand the business needs of the categories under their responsibility and the requirements of various channels (digital, media, display) in order to develop marketing strategies and ensure the follow-up of their deployment.
• Participate in the development of strategies and create deployment plans across different channels.
• Deliver a consistent message to our consumers while remaining relevant across all channels.
• Manage and support events and activities related to the marketing program.
• Ensure smooth communication between internal teams (creative, digital, merchandising, etc.) to guarantee the flawless execution of projects and ensure overall consistency in marketing actions.
• Monitor market trends and competitors' initiatives to provide recommendations for adjusting strategies and maintaining the competitiveness of campaigns.
• Analyze campaign results and collected data.
The qualifications we are looking for
A university degree in marketing, business administration, or any other relevant experience or equivalent studies.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, excellent interpersonal skills, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a structured marketing environment with a focus on project management and multi-channel coordination.
• Excellent adaptability to change, ability to work under pressure, and manage multiple projects at once.
