Web Experience Specialist

We are looking for a global web experience specialist who will report to the global web experience team lead based in Montreal and be in charge of a global brand website. As part of your role, you’ll provide the best digital experience to our users and collaborate with other digital and brand teams (Ski-Doo, Lynx, Can-Am Off-Road and Off-Road, Marine Group, Sea-Doo). You will represent the web team when collaborating with other brand stakeholders and team members at BRP, but also represent your own global brand to the global web team (providing news, insights, etc.).

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Adapt and implement brand strategies for the website by providing the best web experience to users in line with business objectives and brand vision.
  • Create, communicate, and maintain a strong annual brand plan.
  • Represent the brands to the web team by communicating a retail vision and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with web coordinators to implement content by creating strong, actionable user stories.
  • Responsible for brand website content: work on product launches and all other brand and digital initiatives, from leading content creation to delivering top-quality websites (content brief, translation management, approval process, etc.).
  • Be responsible for channel performance growth and participate in several governance meetings (brand and/or digital related).
  • Be responsible for monitoring KPIs and performance websites.
  • Collaborate with the entire web team to proactively provide optimizations to achieve any KPIs and maintain a healthy website.
  • Brief partners to create content relevant to product users/owners.
  • Collaborate within UAT activities and other tests.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • At least 5 years of experience across various similar digital roles.
  • Experience in website management and knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Digital Asset Manager (DAM), Translation Management Service (TMS), Content Square and GA would be an advantage.
  • Understanding the need for user centric, digital focused copywriting.
  • Naturally curious, self-motivated, and ready for challenges.
  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Good management of time and priorities and prepared for large-scale projects.
  • Collaborative, and willing to work closely with other BRP brands and departments.
  • Fluent in English and French.
