A career as a Marketing Intelligence, Digital Performance Advisor in the Martech team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in the measurement and enhancement of the user experience, where your passion for data and your ability to formulate solid arguments based on it will be at the heart of your daily mission.

You act as a liaison between the business teams and the delivery teams in business and technology projects for the Digital sector.

This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your skills in business analysis and communication, which contributes to the implementation of new technologies.

Your job

  • Analyze the data needs of stakeholders, understand strategic issues and propose solutions that respect the bank's guiding principles.
  • Use in-depth data analytics to make and defend arguments when making strategic decisions.
  • Regularly present data-driven insights in stakeholder meetings to influence strategic and operational decisions.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business line partners, IT, UX, business intelligence teams to analyze and optimize the performance of digital platforms and campaigns.
  • Perform high-level, detailed impact analyses from all angles with the help of specialists.
  • Make proposals for the change management strategy to frame self-serve in order to develop the use of data.
  • Effectively document and communicate analyses and recommendations to stakeholders to support strategic decisions.

Within the Martech sector, you are part of a team of 10 colleagues and report to the Senior Director of Martech Analytics. Our team stands out as a dynamic team that seeks to change the landscape of marketing and digital customer experience.

Prerequisite

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in using data to argue and convince in a professional context.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the business implications of data to a variety of audiences, including non-specialists.
  • Business analysis skills in a technology-driven ecosystem.
  • Experience in business process transformation, change management and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in using data analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Snowflake, Power BI.
