K-Bro Linen Systems is a leading provider of laundry and linen services to hotel and healthcare customers across Canada and the UK. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and service and are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager for our commercial laundry facility located at 4740 Rue de Rouen in Montreal.
The Customer Service Manager will represent our Villeray facility as professional, attentive, and customer-centric.
Responsibilities Include:
- Foster strong customer relationships and understand their needs.
- Be the primary email and phone contact for customers during business hours.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Regularly meet with customers to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate solutions for customer requests and concerns, coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance through monitoring customer-related processes including quality control, delivery times, inventory counts, etc.
- Operational Communication: Inform customers of any plant or delivery issues that could impact service.
- Business Support: Collaborate with internal teams to support production, maintenance, and freight.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the hotel industry.
- Excellent written and spoken French is required, English is an asset.
- Detail-Oriented with strong organizational skills, including follow-up and process management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel in the Montreal area.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Salary: $70,000 per year + 10% annual bonus.
