What Will Make Your Days Exciting as a Operations & Logistics Coordinator at Bumper to Bumper:

  • Transfer Management and Communication: You will be responsible for transfer and relay orders, ensuring smooth communication with our other distribution centers.
  • Employee Support Role: You will address employee queries regarding their orders, ensuring operational smoothness and preparing the evening team (Labor).
  • Data Management: You will manage quality and productivity data to ensure operational excellence.
  • Daily Support: You will assist the management team and Inbound clerks with their daily tasks.
  • Systems Management: You will handle the daily management of systems (SAP and WorkForce).
  • Special Projects: You will participate in the planning of special projects to optimize the use of company resources.
  • Health, Safety, and Efficiency: You will maintain a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with government regulations while proactively identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Substitution: You will cover for management team members during absences and vacations (including the evening supervisor).
  • Other Related Tasks: You will perform any other related tasks necessary to achieve our goals.

Requested skills

What will make you the ideal Operations & Logistics Coordinator at Bumper to Bumper:

  • Proficiency in French and English (bilingual).
  • Experience in wholesale distribution and/or the automotive industry (an asset).
  • Experience and skills with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF units, and ERP (SAP) (an asset).
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (an asset).
  • Ability to work under pressure.
