THE ROLE

Under the supervision of the Community Recreation Supervisor, the incumbent monitors the facility and ensures the alleys are ready for use; schedules the use of the facility; performs routine maintenance and safety inspections of equipment and of the lanes; monitors equipment returns and ensures proper storage; ensures cleanliness of the lanes, the seating area and the canteen.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

Education, Certifications and Licenses

High school diploma AND some years’ experience in a related field

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Ontario (18)

Experience

In cash handling

In providing customer service

Competencies

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

English Essential / Bilingual (English and French) an asset

Reading: Basic

Writing: Basic

Oral: Functional
