THE ROLEUnder the direction of the Senior Manager, Personnel Support Programs (PSP), the Deputy Manager, Personnel Support Programs (PSP) plans, coordinates, manages, monitors, and evaluates the operations and delivery of specialty interest operations and applicable facilities. The Deputy Manager, PSP plans, analyses, evaluates, formulates, develops, adapts and implements financial and administrative methods, procedures, standards and guidelines. The Deputy Manager, PSP provides advice, guides and directs operations and managers in the day-to-day operation of the applicable facilities. The Deputy Manager, PSP assists with development of budgets and business plans and monitors revenues and expenses. The Deputy Manager, PSP administers, analyses and forecasts budgets, expenditures and financial activities.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Recreation/Sports Administration, or Property Management or a related field AND some years of experience in a related field

In planning, coordinating and managing business operations
In applying policies, procedures, regulations, and applicable legislation
In preparing marketing strategies

Work is done within the National Capital Region / Gatineau.
Secondary office is located at NDHQ (Carling Campus) 60 Moodie Drive. Parking is at a cost; Public transportation is available.
