Information Management Student (January - 12 Months)

As a Student on the Information Management team, you will participate in a variety of projects associated with the management of records - both physical and electronic. Canadian Natural has a company culture that fosters a fun working environment, developing meaningful relationships, and continuous learning. 

• Term length: 12 months
• Term start: January 2025 
• Term type: Part-time and Full-time* 
• Job location: Calgary, AB - Head Office
• Work schedule: 5 x 2 - 8 hours (Monday - Friday) for full-time schedule 

*January to April is part-time, May to August is full-time, and September to December is part-time, with part-time being a maximum of 20 hours per week. 

Key Accountabilities:

• Index information into records and information management systems
• Scan physical files and load electronic records
• Participate and assist as required in project work and other activities as identified or required
• Perform data, information and image quality assurance activities

What You Bring to the Role:

• Currently enrolled in your 1st year or higher of Business Administration, Records and Information Management Certificate program, Information Management/Technology or related program at an accredited post-secondary institution
• Must be able to lift, carry and move/arrange boxes weighing up to 35 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent team work skills with positive, adaptable and cooperative attitude
