The opportunity
The primary focus of the Student Customer Service is to be the first point of contact for clients and partners. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet, who like to learn new things, and can learn quickly. In our ever-changing environment, they know how to be flexible and adapt.
The day-to-dayCustomer Service. Communication. Administration. Collaboration.
Provide a high level of customer service that consistently exceeds expectations by asking open ended discovery questions to ensure all our client’s needs are being met
Ensuring accurate processing of all administration activities.
Act as a one touch solution for client inquiries or concerns and direct clients to the appropriate team member for further assistance when required based on standard operating procedures.
Manage a central email address and route email inquiries as per standard operating procedures.
Inspire trust by being open, honest, and direct in communication, meeting commitments and behaving ethically in all dealings.
Treat all stakeholders with professionalism, dignity and respect and support an environment where people can contribute and excel.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills that contribute to working effectively in a diverse working environment.
You have administrative experience & operational knowledge built on some formal education (pursuing degree/diploma in a business/finance related field). You must be dedicated & motivated to learn, grow & work hard! A self-starter, independent & accountable. You ask questions, have a real interest in data, sales & finances. Agility is purposeful, you thrive in any environment and are driven by results.
