General summary

Under the authority of the VP Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the entire employee life cycle such as recruitment, job changes, departures. He or she will provide support to the team members.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for recruitment and onboarding activities for new employees;
  • Support the management team in implementing good human resources practices to promote an optimal work environment;
  • Coordinate return to work for non-occupational injuries or CNESST;
  • Implement innovative human resources practices that promote team mobilization, engagement and organizational development;
  • Manage employee files;
  • Create and update program reports to support decision-making;
  • Participate in the daily activities of the department, as well as in various mandates and HR projects;
  • Provide support for all other administrative tasks.

Requested skills

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Certificate with a combination of experience;
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Have an excellent command of Excel software as well as the Office Suite;
  • Have empathy;
  • Be autonomous and have a good spirit of collaboration;
  • Have a good sense of organization, rigor and great attention to detail;
  • Be versatile, adaptable and flexible;
  • Treat all information in a professional and confidential manner;
  • Bilinguistics.
