We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in GIS and survey solutions to lead complex technology implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive successful outcomes while meeting client expectations. A solid understanding of FME or similar ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) software is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Survey and GIS teams to identify project opportunities, conduct scoping calls, and develop proposals and statements of work.
• Define project goals, scope, and deliverables aligned with business objectives and client needs.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Utilize project management tools to monitor progress, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Leverage FME or similar ETL tools to manage and integrate spatial data across platforms and streamline workflows.
• Maintain budgets, prepare financial reports, and oversee invoicing processes.
• Foster strong client relationships, set clear expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
• Lead team meetings, document actions, and oversee the resolution of project risks and issues.
• Stay updated on GIS technologies, ETL tools, and survey best practices to guide projects and deliver value.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing GIS and/or survey-related projects.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SmartSheet, Salesforce).
• Strong knowledge of GIS systems (e.g., ESRI ArcGIS) and Trimble survey workflows.
• Proficiency in ETL tools such as FME, with experience integrating spatial data across various platforms.

• Bilingual in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
