Position Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in CAD (Civil 3D preferred) and survey methodologies to manage high-impact projects. The successful candidate will oversee the planning and delivery of solutions that meet client needs and exceed industry standards.

In this role, you will...

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Survey and CAD teams to assess client requirements, scope projects, and create detailed proposals.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with client goals.
• Oversee project execution, resource allocation, and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance on CAD tools (e.g., Autodesk Civil 3D) and Trimble survey workflows.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and milestones, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
• Facilitate communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members, maintaining transparency and alignment.
• Conduct regular project reviews, update stakeholders, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Support the integration of CAD solutions into existing workflows, customizing them as needed.

About you...

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management for survey and CAD-related projects.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SmartSheet, Salesforce).
• Advanced knowledge of CAD tools (e.g., Autodesk Civil 3D, MicroStation, ..etc) and survey processes.
• Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
• Bilingual in English and French, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver outstanding results.
