Description
As a Client Delivery Partner, you will manage SAP delivery for high-profile clients in the Utilities sector. You’ll lead a large team responsible for Project Management while identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within SAP-related projects. A key part of the role involves negotiating terms with senior executives and ensuring consistent excellence across all SAP accounts.
Key responsibilities:- Drive Business Growth: Achieve booking, revenue, and profitability targets by expanding opportunities within managed accounts.
- Lead SAP Delivery: Oversee SAP project delivery for Utilities clients, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality and performance.
- Strategic Negotiations: Manage Change Orders, negotiate terms with senior client executives, and engage in high-level negotiations related to pricing and deal closures.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, client partners, and solutions teams to craft tailored SAP solutions and expand existing contracts.
- Customer Satisfaction: Serve as an escalation point for client issues, ensuring consistent and effective communication that leads to strong satisfaction levels.
- Executive Engagement: Build relationships with senior executives to position the company for new projects, bids, and long-term partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work across business lines to continually bring value and uncover new opportunities for growth.
- 5+ years managing SAP delivery in the Utilities sector or related industries.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA private and cloud installations, with a deep understanding of various SAP modules.
- Proven success in hitting sales targets and driving SAP delivery excellence.
- 10+ years of experience selling complex SAP technology services for Tier 1 or 2 global service providers.
- Experience upselling SAP solutions across application lifecycle services, cloud, mobility, and testing.
- Strong negotiation skills, especially with VP-level client stakeholders in SAP-related deals.
- Ability to lead large teams in a competitive, fast-paced environment, within a global SAP service delivery framework.
