Delivery Architect

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead, coordinate and administer all aspects Data & Analytics projects for clients in Western Canada; including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, communicating and controlling the project and technical oversight ensuring quality project deliverables.
•    Work closely with stakeholders, such as business analysts and end-users, to understand the data requirements of a system or project.
•    Lead onshore and offshore project teams from a technical perspective by providing guidance on best practices/standards, reviewing client deliverables, and feedback
•    Building new opportunities; including architecting a program, developing teams and project estimation
•    Work with various implementation methodologies (waterfall, hybrid-Agile and Agile) to plan and implement solutions for clients
•    Coordinate the delivery of services among different project activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency
•    Support go-to-market team with responses to client RFP’s and go-to-market initiatives
 
Required Skills 
•    Minimum 7 years of architecting data solutions, roadmap development and enterprise data modernization experience, or with at least 10 years total IT experience.
•    Must have recent experience (2 to 3 projects) as Lead working with a client as a consultant
•    Experience in working with client groups and knowledge in developing ways to resolve issues related to the program and project management area. 
•    Experience with SQL/T-SQL, Python, C#, No-SQL, ADF, Event Hub, Databricks, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, CosmoDB, Git, Azure DevOps, modern architecture design principles. 
•    Experience with Historical Data Migration, Bulk Data Migration, Technical Documentation, Creating ERD Diagrams, Data Engineering via ADF Databricks
