The Role

Reporting to the Director of Product Development, your role as Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect is key to our success to meet our goals of enhancing our Total Mental Health product and growing it internationally.

What you’ll do:

  • Understand the product and business needs in depth to prepare architecture and design that is scalable, efficient, and extensible.

  • Take technical ownership of the architecture, design, implementation, and delivery for product development based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

  • Collaborate closely with the development team, solutions architects, enterprise architects, integration architects and other cross-functional teams to ensure the architecture is aligned with the product goals and requirements.

  • Partner with Product owners, Product Managers and Delivery Leads to ensure compliance with the roadmaps and timelines.

  • Participate in discovery sessions and provide estimates and solution fit assessments.

  • Champion the mindset of continuous development, evangelize best practices and proactively identify the issues and prepare solution options.

  • Deliver high-quality technical design documentation and walkthrough technical options, trade-off to the product stakeholders to drive decisions.

  • Support in the application lifecycle management, deployments, and release planning.

  • Actively participate and partner with the product and delivery leaders in all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retros.

  • Mentor and assist engineers on the team to understand concepts and adhere to best practices and standards; regularly review developers' code for alignment.


Must Haves:

· Proven experience as a Dynamics 365/Power Platform Solutions Architect, with a strong focus on designing and implementing solutions for complex business applications.

· 8+ years of implementation experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service in enterprise scenarios.

· Extensive experience in architecting complex solutions with Model Driven Apps, Dataverse, Connectors, Data flows, Power Apps Component Framework & Power Automate and SSIS Packages (KingswaySoft).

· In-depth development skills in C#, .Net, Power Platform CLI & JavaScript and extending the platform leveraging Plugins, Custom Actions, Web APIs & Webresources.

· Deep architectural experience leveraging Azure services such as Azure Function, Azure Service Bus, API Management, Azure Data Factory & Logic Apps to extend Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

· Thorough understanding of the Power Platform Success by Design and how the platform needs to be architected considering the service protection limits, deployability, maintainability and environmental constraints.

· Familiarity with data mapping, data transformation, and data synchronization techniques for seamless data exchange.

· Strong understanding of security considerations and compliance requirements with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

· Solid understanding of software architecture & design patterns, REST/web services and best practices/methodologies to implement efficient solutions for high volume and high API environments.

· Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD Pipelines and Application Lifecycle Management for Dynamics 365 projects.

· Ability to commit to continuous learning to implement modern solutions to solve business challenges.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex cross-functional requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Great-to-haves:

  • Experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Journeys (Marketing).
  • Knowledge of Security Architecture and Enterprise Security.
