Description
- Business Process Mapping & Requirements Gathering.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the current procure-to-pay and supply chain processes.
- Gather detailed business requirements related to procurement, invoicing, supplier management, and payment processes.
- Map out and document the existing P2P and Supply Chain processes, identifying pain points and areas for improvement.- System Implementation & Configuration:
- Solution Design & Process Improvement:
- Design solutions to streamline and optimize P2P and Supply Chain processes for improved efficiency and compliance.
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and errors in the procurement, inventory planning, and payment cycle. - Advise on best practices for procurement strategies, supplier management, purchase order processing, and invoice handling.- Testing & Training:

- Business Development:
- Experience: Minimum of 7-9 years of prior management consulting experience with hand-on project delivery experience in client facing capacity
- Functional Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of procurement and supply chain operations, accounts payable, supplier management, and payment processing.
- System Expertise: Experience in configuring and using procurement and finance modules of ERP software, particularly in a P2P and SCM context.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate across different functional teams to implement or improve P2P and SCM solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies, potential risks, and areas for process improvement.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Adaptability to a variety of industries, business cultures, and client needs.
