Analyste d’Affaires – Solutions Média Numériques

Nous recherchons un(e) Analyste d’Affaires - Solutions Média Numériques pour accompagner la transformation et l’optimisation des stratégies marketing de l’entreprise. Ce rôle stratégique consiste à analyser les besoins, évaluer les solutions marketing disponibles et recommander des améliorations pour maximiser la performance commerciale et l’engagement client.

Missions principales :
• Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins d’affaires liés aux solutions marketing.
• Identifier, évaluer et recommander des solutions technologiques (MarTech, CRM, automation, analytics) adaptées aux objectifs marketing.
• Collaborer avec les équipes marketing, commerciales et IT pour assurer une intégration efficace des solutions.
• Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) des campagnes et outils marketing.
• Piloter l’optimisation des processus marketing en exploitant la data et les insights clients.
• Conduire des études de marché et une veille concurrentielle pour anticiper les tendances et innovations.
• Rédiger des rapports et recommandations stratégiques basés sur l’analyse des données et la performance des outils marketing.

Profil recherché :
• Baccalauréat en gestion des affaires, marketing, intelligence d’affaires ou domaine connexe.
• Expérience en analyse d’affaires, gestion de projets marketing ou digital, secteur Média et ou Télécommunication.
• Maîtrise des outils CRM, marketing automation, et solutions analytiques (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellentes compétences analytiques et capacité à traduire les données en recommandations actionnables.
• Bonne compréhension des stratégies marketing et de la gestion de la relation client.
• Forte aptitude à la communication et à la collaboration avec les équipes pluridisciplinaires.
