CGI's Edmonton team is searching for a Business Analyst to review user data, ensure its quality, and enter user data into our client s registration system.
This team of forms processing consultants will collaborate to achieve the accurate and efficient processing of registration forms across multiple applications and communicate the results of the registration process to end users.
• Accurately process registration forms from a variety of sources
• Follow documented processes to ensure that user data from a variety of sources meets requirements
• Ensure that form data is entered into the client s system accurately and efficiently
• Notify end users of user ID, login instructions, service desk contact information, and training information
• Communicate within the team and externally to end users to notify of pass/fail form processing
• 3+ years demonstrated experience in a role requiring IT experience
• Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) in a professional environment
• Previous forms management and/or processing experience

• Experience working with Identity Management systems, SharePoint, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, SharePoint
• Experience working with senior management and operational staff
