Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (ServiceNow GRC Certified) to support the ServiceNow ecosystem including ITSM and CMDM for a utilities client.

Must-Haves:

• ServiceNow GRC Certified
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience working in a ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and CMDB.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow OOB functionality.
• Experience supporting Quality Assurance Test cases and coordination of execution of test cases.
• Working knowledge of CMDB CI class owner requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in requirement gathering sessions for required modules such: ITSM and CMDB
• Work with the various teams to understand and define requirements for their Service Catalog requests items and CMDB CI class owner requirements.
• Perform gap analysis of current and future desired processes.
• Analysis a business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and log stories in Agile board.
• Engage across the teams and project stakeholders for coordination efforts
• Work closely with Platform Architect and Developers to ensure all requirements are understood and documented as expected.
• Assist with Data Analysis, such as Flush relevant Knowledge articles.
• Support Quality Assurance Test cases and coordination of execution of test cases.
• Address and resolve disagreements among stakeholders to maintain project momentum and harmony.
