Devops Azure

We are currently looking for an Azure and Azure DevOps Expert to join our team and play a key role in setting up cloud infrastructures, deployment pipelines, and supporting developer teams in adopting market best practices.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement and manage automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to ensure fast, efficient and secure deployments.
Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure, including monitoring, performance management and security.
Collaborate with development, operations and security teams to ensure continuous delivery and smooth integration of new features.
Support and train developer teams in the implementation and adoption of DevOps best practices, integrating security, code quality and automation.
Automate recurring tasks using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates or Bicep.
Optimize infrastructure and applications to ensure scalability, high availability and performance.
Monitor systems to anticipate problems and reduce downtime.
Ensure version tracking, configuration management and environment management for various projects.
Participate in the continuous improvement of DevOps processes, integrating best practices and the latest innovations.
Qualifications required:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in DevOps, with at least 3 years' experience in the Azure environment.
Solid experience with Azure DevOps (Git repos, CI/CD pipelines, project management and testing).
Mastery of Azure cloud services, including automation, infrastructure management, security and monitoring.
In-depth skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), using tools such as Terraform, ARM templates or Bicep.
Experience in containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS is a plus).
Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of cloud security best practices (Azure Security certifications an asset).
Excellent ability to work in a team, to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and to solve complex problems.
Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring development teams in the implementation of DevOps best practices.
Bilingual: French and English, written and spoken.
Additional assets :
Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Solutions Architect certifications.
Experience with Powerapps-type tools.
Experience with market data services (Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, etc.).
