Lead Business Analyst (Wealth)

Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown Toronto office (250 Yonge Street) or Markham office (150 Commerce Valley Dr. W) 2-3 times per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• As a member of the Wealth360 Digital Wealth Platform team, the Lead Business Analyst is responsible for overseeing business analysis and functional design for the Wealth360 Digital Wealth Platform product suite.

• Responsibilities include Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on complex business concepts, understanding their needs and driving solutions Assisting with requirements definition and refinement Participating in the design of High-Level Solutions that are scalable, extensible, and enhance the end user experience Participating in detailed Story analysis which outlines the solution details, user flows, etc. Investigating and resolving issues through collaboration with clients, developers, testers, product management and project management Assisting with the definition of processes and procedures and seek continuous improvement

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• University degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Economics. MBA and/or CFA is desirable.
• Must Have: Strong knowledge of Wealth Management: portfolio accounting, corporate actions, modelling and rebalancing, order management, client onboarding, proposals/IPS, fees, performance, reporting/statements, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of UI design, data flows, use case analysis, etc.
• Knowledge of SQL, Jira, Confluence
• Must Have: Minimum 10 years' experience as a Business Analyst
