POSITION DESCRIPTION:
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks
- Assist the immediate superior and team members in daily and administrative tasks
- Assistance with the annual budget process
- Communication with owners on various topics
- Follows up on files, monitors deadlines, sends reminders, sees to obtaining the information requested within the prescribed deadlines
- Organize service meetings as well as the annual off site
- Performs research, collects and compiles data, ensures the completeness of the rental dashboard as well as the invoicing of rental commissions, completes certain reports and sends the relevant documentation to the persons concerned.
- Preparation of presentations (printing, roving, mailing and emailing, etc.)
- Produce the monthly report for senior management needs
- DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or office automation
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
- Bilingualism (French and English) is essential, the candidate will work and communicate with partners across Canada and the United States
