POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Director of Legal Services and Credit, the candidate will be responsible for carrying out tasks related to pre-rental investigations for housing owners. She will be responsible for assisting team members and carrying out assigned tasks and projects. The person in this position must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All banks in Canada
- Any other tasks assigned to him by his team
- Background checks and/or pending cases at the Administrative Housing Tribunal
- Bank loans, bank line of credit
- Cell phone and other provider payments
- Civil and/or criminal legal verification
- Collect the necessary documentation for the purpose of analyzing the following information:
- Credit scores: how well or poorly you pay your creditors
- Daily reports to operations
- Mortgages
- Proceed with approvals of pre-rental surveys
- References from current and/or previous owner
- Scan and virtual classification
- Visa, Mastercard and other credit companies
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office or secretarial role
- Training in a legal field (an asset)
- Experience in real estate (an asset)
- Have fast keyboarding skills and a good command of the Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Oral and written bilingualism is required
- Knowledge of the legal software Juris Evolution (an asset, training possible)
