Located in Lévis, the Les Marronniers residence offers a friendly, stimulating work environment. We have a dedicated and caring team for independent seniors and those with mild loss of autonomy. We are currently seeking two people to fill part-time evening Law 90 Caregiver positions. ** Completed AP/RPA training or completed DEP (vocational diploma) in Personal Assistance in Institutions and at Home**


POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule A: One 6/14-shift position from 4 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Schedule B: One 8/14-shift position from 4 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
  • Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
  • Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations
  • Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
  • Respond to all emergency situations
  • While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training
  • Law 90 training (an asset)
  • PDSP training
  • AP/RPA or DEP training in personal assistance in establishments and at home
