POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The welcoming Le Wellesley residence is looking for a maintenance attendant. Reporting to the maintenance director, the maintenance attendant's tasks are to complete small renovations and ensure cleanliness within the establishment.

Permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, daytime (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), every other weekend.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • all other related tasks
Construction
  • Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
  • Make service calls
  • Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
  • Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
