POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Our welcoming Bois-de-Boulogne residence is currently looking for a Quality of Life Advisor - Rental Agent, full-time, 40 hours per week, every other weekend to join our wonderful team. Located in a privileged environment, our private retirement residence offers an exceptional quality of life.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks
- Analyze client needs
- Analyze the clients needs in relation to the available properties
- Greet clients and take them on a tour of the site
- Greet visitors
- Manage visits and negotiate rental contracts
- Prepare rental contracts
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Recommend appropriate domiciles to clients based on their needs
- Rent out vacant apartments in the building
- Plan the arrivals and departures of residents
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of the private residence environment
- Knowledge of the Hopem system
- Bilingual
