A dining room attendant serves customers at their tables by explaining the menu and the menu, providing advice and suggesting other options to increase service more quickly, taking orders, and delivering requested meals and drinks. ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Arrange the room or its section according to reservations
- Determine the particular preferences and tastes of customers
- Identify customer expectations and constraints in order to plan the delivery of the service
- Participate in the dining room closure
- Take orders
- Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
- Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable
- Manage guests' reservations and ensure their comfort
- Perform other related duties
- High school diploma (SSD)
