Your future responsibilities :
- Supports the Marketing Manager in the execution of the Fidelio ERP marketing strategy
- Collaborates with the Marketing Manager and marketing partners in maintaining brand standards and consistency
- Contributes to developing the North American market and to positioning Fidelio ERP
- Participates in the inbound marketing and marketing automation strategy by putting in place automation and nurturing scenarios in line with the sales cycles
- Contributes to measuring the performance of the marketing initiatives and to identifying the areas requiring improvement
- Participates in managing Fidelio ERP’s social media account (LinkedIn) and calendar;
- Takes part in the creation of marketing materials
- Assists in the deployment of the content strategy and drafts content (e.g., newsletter, blog)
- Coordinates virtual events (e.g., webinars)
- Injects new marketing ideas and initiatives
What we are looking for :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, in communication or in any other field relevant to the position
- Bilingual (French and English) possessing both speaking and writing abilities to be able to communicate and draft content in English in view of expanding the North American market
- Relevant marketing experience (1 to 3 years)
- Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM (an asset)
- Photoshop/Indesign/Premiere (an asset)
- Interest in inbound marketing and in marketing automation software
- Knowledge of the HubSpot content management software or CMS (an asset)
- Social media management: knowledge of B2B networks (mostly LinkedIn)
- Versatile, organized, rigorous and autonomous
- Shows initiative is able to listen and is inquisitive
