Position Overview: The Business Process Analyst Intern is part of our dynamic Materials Management team. In this role, the intern will be instrumental in identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline operations. The intern will evaluate and implement technological solutions to minimize manual tasks within the department, driving significant improvements in productivity and effectiveness.

*Please note: This role will be full-time hours (37.5 hours per week), for a duration of 4 months (May 5 to August 22, 2025) at a rate of $22.00/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in departmental interviews to analyze, and understand core business processes, lead step by step process mapping of each core process - What is done first, next etc. and by who
  • Identify & implement opportunities of improvement and bring forward recommendations to the leadership team
  • Extract data required to support ongoing projects
  • Assist with project time on task testing
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Interviewing, documentation of learned processes and procedures
  • Understanding Lean process improvement methodology
  • Use of MS Visio or related type of process flow diagrams
  • Data reporting - DAS/Reports now, Crystal Reports type of data sourcing
  • Excellent communication skills and reporting
  • Power Automate/Platform and Copilot understanding is a strong asset
  • You must be comfortable working in a hybrid work model with a combination of remote plus onsite work
