Position Overview: The Process Engineer Intern will drive value creation processes and ideation, streamline delivery frameworks, and collaborate with the Director, Customer Success to develop roadmaps. The role focuses on identifying potential annualized operational savings and driving client savings.

*Please note: This role will be full-time hours (37.5 hours per week), for a duration of 4 months (May 5 to August 22, 2025) at $22.00/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract usable data from valuable data sources
  • Use machine learning tools to select features, create, and optimize classifiers
  • Preprocess structured and unstructured data
  • Enhance data collection procedures to include all relevant information for analytic systems
  • Process, cleanse, and validate data integrity for analysis
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and solutions
  • Develop prediction systems and machine learning algorithms
  • Present results clearly
  • Propose solutions and strategies for business challenges
  • Collaborate with Business and IT teams
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Programming Skills - knowledge of statistical programming languages like R, Python, and database query languages like SQL
  • Strong Math Skills (Multivariable Calculus and Linear Algebra)
  • Data Wrangling - proficiency in handling imperfections in data
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools (Power BI)
  • Excellent Communication Skills - it is incredibly important to describe findings to a technical and non-technical audience.
  • Hands-on experience with data science tools
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Analytical mind and great business sense
  • You must be comfortable working in a hybrid work model with a combination of remote plus onsite work
