Position Overview:

The role is fully onsite in downtown Calgary
Hours will be between afternoon to late evening
Move, deploy, and reclaim computer equipment from existing offices
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein

Key Responsibilities:

Move computer hardware to staging area
Replace old computer equipment with new computer equipment and connect new equipment
Remove old computer equipment for repurpose or disposal
Providing excellent customer service and demonstrating exceptional organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Other duties as required

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with desktop deployments, application, end user device troubleshooting will be an asset
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional in person customer service skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs independently on a regular basis
